I came here to have my baby Luci’s leg checked, and unfortunately, I left with some really terrible news. The doctor who helped us was so kind and understanding, and the ladies at the front desk were so sweet and helpful too. While Luci was being treated, I went home to try to figure out how I was going to pay the remaining balance because I was short on money. When I came back to pick her up, Numida helped me so much and made a really difficult situation a little easier. She truly didn’t have to, and her kindness meant so much to me. I had been holding my emotions in all day, but her kindness brought me to tears. There are still good people in this world, and Numida is definitely one of them. I’m so thankful for her and everyone who took care of my baby. I truly hope she gets all the blessings and happiness she deserves. ❤️

Our cat Princess had a seizure on August 22nd. She had bitten into the middle of her tongue. My husband took her to nearest emergency on Saturday at 1620. Princess was in their care for almost 4 hours and they never attempted to release her tongue so she could be comfortable. Princess was alert but weak after seizure unable move her tongue, to swallow her saliva, meow or drink water if we wanted to offer her. When I made to vet to say goodbye to our cat before we put her sleep, I examined her tongue which was a vet responsibility and the reason cat was taken to emergency vet. Princess was under their care nearly 4 hours, had only an angiocath placed. I wanted to free her tongue but worried I could cause more pain so I just wanted to end her suffering without truly saying goodbye to our cat. Now my last image of our beloved cat is extended tongue held by long lower canine tooth in care of veterinarians who did not do their job professionally. I am sharing this painful experience with heavy burden of guilt as owner I did not advocate for my cat properly when I was under stress of losing her. I am hoping this painful experience will stop negligent and pain to other pets and their owners.
