The center was very clean and inviting. It felt personable and not sterile. The techs and Dr. Day were very kind and approachable. She did a great job explaining our treatment options, possible outcomes and how each step would look. They took wonderful care of our pup while he underwent his procedure and were communicative along the way. They checked in next day to ensure all was well and we look forward to continuing our treatment with them.

We really like Dr. Day. She is very knowledgeable and responsive. I wish we could afford to do further testing on our dog, but we can't afford an MRI. That being said Dr Day provides us with great care, even if we can't afford the testing that is needed.

Bush in Rockville was very quick to respond to out call. They helped us immediately with our paralyzed dachshund. Set up neuro dr asap. Got us in, exam and mri with surgery to follow. They did the best they could as fast and efficiently as possible. Hoping for a positive outcome as our dog heals. Thank you

I couldn't be more pleased with Bush Veterinary. I called in a panic and their super professional staff relayed my situation to Dr. Day. She was kind enough to call my ER Vet and provide advice on changes to medications in order to get my pup stable enough to transport. We were able to get into the office 2 days later for a full Neruo workup. Dr. Day and the staff were all amazing to my pup. All the way home (which was an almost 2 hour drive) my husband and I couldn't get over the care and customer service of this practice. Dealing with an ailing pet is so difficult. BVNS made this part of a horrible experience almost pleasant. I can't recommend them highly enough.
