Today the wonderful staff at MEAC helped me and my kitty Buttercup with related issues to previous visits. I am embarrassed by some of the the issues but the staff was understanding, kind and helpful. Dr. Rubenstein took the time to explain all of the the possible issues. He went over everything and explained what to do. I love this kitty so much and the doctor's kindness and patience in going over everything is greatly appreciated and a blessing. Buttercup says thank you 😻

We are totally pleased with our experience at Met Animal Center this week. The front staff, especially Noah was welcoming and gracious and friendly. The tech leader Laila was one of the best we've ever had anywhere. And the vet Dr. Yang was absolutely great. She explained everything clearly and was kind, understanding about our concerns for our puppy Ozzie and suggested next steps for us. And she assured us that if any other issues came up, she would be there to help. You should be proud of this entire team. Thank you sincerely. Ron Sanfield and Jane Rich.
