Dr. Boydâ_x0080__x0099_s Veterinary Resort

Several months ago, I needed to board my kitty because we were required to immediately vacate my apartment temporarily due to a maintenance issue. I knew about Dr. Boyd’s because I work in the building next door to it, so I asked them if I could board my kitty immediately, and they agreed. I signed several forms, including an authorization for them to incur up to $2,000 veterinary expenses if my kitty got sick. After I signed, I asked for copies of these contractual documents, and they refused, saying that they contained private company information. I didn’t have time to research other boarding facilities. I don’t drive, so I couldn’t drive around looking for another facility. I told them that, had my back not been up against the wall because of the apartment problem, I would have taken my kitty and walked out. They let me know that I could change the $2,000 authorization to zero if I would sign the same form again as an updated version. I did and wrote on it that it superseded the form that I just signed at XX p.m. Under extreme duress, I crossed my fingers, boarded my kitty there, and left without having anything to prove that the kitty there was mine or what contractual promises I had just made. Would you do business with a company that declined to give you copies of contractual documents you had signed, especially concerning your beloved pet?

Amazing service. Wonder Veterinarians. Great boarding for dogs. Very thankful to all who work there and the kind care they give to my dog.

My dog loves this place. Staff is super friendly and attentive to details. The daycare package is worth it.

I love this place. The vet prioritizes the animals not the size of the bill unlike other vets that I’ve been to. 10/10

Far and away the best veterinary and pet boarding service in the area
